Do recommend for a walk in evening

Comfortable bed, clean room, with a convenient location just off Interstate 24, making it easy to explore the area.

Everything was fantastic.

The location is good for our purposes-visiting family in the area and other activities. Bed was comfortable and the location was quiet.

Hate the bathroom. Out dated shower head and the sink is to high for shorter people. I had to lay across sink edge to wash my face. Whole room looks old and tired. Also my sheets looked stained with rust or blood?

Great location with parking onsite.

Wi-Fi was rather slow.

This hotel is super convenient for family outings with easy access to attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium and Ruby Falls. The breakfast is a highlight, with warm options that our small child loved. The staff was friendly and cute.

In my wife's opinion, the pool area could use improvements to make it more family-friendly.

The total stay was really great on a road trip. The most important was the stuff - courteous and exceptionally pleasant people. Our room was modern and immaculate provided with housekeeping services and the A/C, as for instance. The breakfast was hot and great, had a wide array of options. The hotel had a central position short walk to restaurants such as Walmart, very good Mexican restaurant and different eateries in the parking area.

The bathroom was tiny.

The room was comfortable, but the toilet did not flush .

The queen room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh each morning. The staff was friendly. The outdoor pool was a lovely addition. This best western is close to quieter restaurants, a bonus.

The breakfast spread hit the spot-fluffy scrambled eggs, warm waffles, and just the right amount of fresh fruit to keep this foodie satisfied. Plus, the location is prime with eateries like KFC and El Toril just a hop away!

Our king room reminded me of a closet-super cramped! We were bumping elbows and to top it off, that bathroom floor had some hair that wasn't ours.
